ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

To change or cancel an order, contact customer service as soon as possible and include your order number. We can change or cancel an order only until it moves into production or ships. That often happens within 24 hours of the order being placed, so we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation.

If we cannot ship your order within the time we stated, or within 30 days if we did not state a time, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. See our Return Policy for returns.
